halos
i was just curious and idk if this is a stupid question, but ive been looking into new lights, and i like the HID's but idk if i want to mess with all that right now. i dont really like the 3 lights with the halo in the middle, i found these, which are black like i prefer, and they look good.. but they have that stupid led light thing on the side.. is there anyway to get rid of that? has it been done before?

You could leave the halos unwired so they don't work, or you could wire them up to a separate switch so they don't come on if you don't want or come on when you want.

Go with the sonars. I had those and the light output was worse than stock. I even had HIDs in them.
These are the sonars.

I have halos on my car not from the website in question but off ebay. Mine are wired to my turn signals or daytime running lamps and you cant tell that there on at all not strong enough, unless its night time but then the headlights turn on and it just blends in and cant see them anyway.

Good point forgot about the POS rubber thats around it. They peel off, i had to crazy glue mine back on lol. Also for some reason the aftermarket ones fog up and scratch easy. I dont know so far with some crazy glue mine are ok but as mentioned your better off with stocks.
