Fuel Rail Covers just came
Just got my Fuel Rail Covers delivered. They look sweet. Hats off to the guy that afterthoughts has doing these for them. Shiny black with red pinstrip 5.7 litre on the bottom and red Formula door badge on the top centered on both. On the underside you can still see where it use to say "Corvette" lol
I'll post progressive install pics but I have to go to the field tomorrow (army) so I won't be posting them until 1 Feb.

Do you know how to keep a jackass in suspense?!?

hahaha sorry I was just excited to get them. I hope I don't scratch anything getting them installed. I have to take off my STB to begin with. Anyhow, I'll update with pics. My digital camera is out n the boondocks with my field gear (where I am going tomorrow) I am just back for a few days to take care of some things and then going back out.

Here are a few pics of the fuel rail covers out of the shipping box.
I will update this thread with sequential installation pictures and comments as I go.

pics installed
Didn't take long, fairly easy.
200 is about right, I paid a little extra to have actual red door emblems mounted "Formula"

Next up is a custom airbrushed nitrous bottle mounted in the back.. I envision a black bottle with red graphics - something vampirish and the word Formula on it somewhere. That will take me some time to get the work done on it.

I see you added the lettering that would normaly go on the door instead of the vinyl that they provide.

Took me about an hour to get in. Taking off the STB, seperating fuel lines and accel cables, bending the oil dipstick tube, after that it basically slides back and attaches to the fuel rails themselves with 2 C shaped clips on the underside. Wasn't too hard really. The hardest part is getting them in there without scratching them.
