I don't think I did that. If the Firebird seats have power lumbar and bolsters, there is an extra cable you need that runs from the driver seat to the passenger seat. The pump that inflates the bladders in the seats is located under the passenger seat. The cable provides a path for the air to reach the driver seat, and also for power to reach the passenger switches.
yeah i know. but the connections from the body wiring harness to the seats are different in the camaros and trans ams. so you NEED to swap out the power rails. and the adjustment panel is part of the power rail, not the seat.

It's plug and play, just be certain you have the jumper harness that runs from the driver seat to the passenger.

That's what I thought. The only thing I had to buy extra was the harness to enable full function of the lumbar and bolster support.

i JUST did this swap 3 days ago. the connector from the Camaro, was completely different from the connector required for the Trans Am power rail. but i could be wrong, because I didnt put the seat in the camaro, the other kid said the plug didnt fit, and im an idiot and didnt double check it, but we swapped the rails anyway.

    Oh Well!

    I got the seats Awesome!!!!!

Direct bolt in. You need the harness that runs between the driver and passenger seat. It came with the seats and that gives u everything!!!!!!
    SWEET.

One problem.............wife dont like her side.........LOL
