Fender Mod? Anyone know this one?

There's a early 4th gen, black w/ red stripes, I've seen with the old school fender vents (like 70's style) instead of the last kind of vents. how would you do that cause I REALLY like those better! does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I've been trying to find them. I think you might take firebird fenders that don't have the vent(I think) but he had them higher up like the old ones.

Maybe they're the stick on's...
Kinda like the stick on hood scoops you find Civic's...

that would be awesome man. I found these pics on an ebay auction for the vert door conversion. All I want to know is how he did this cause that looks a lot better to me than the other newer ones.
