Probably left some steps put to cover the whole process, but it will give you the idea.
They left out the cleaning, priming, and sanding of the pieces prior to the dipping, and more than a few keypoints on the dipping portion, as well as the clearcoat process. But very basically they show about 5% of the work needed to finish a piece.
Depending on the shape of the piece, is how it enters and leaves the water. If it is not done properly the finish will come right off.
In other words, they left out all of the boring parts.

Some parts are easier than others, depends on the surface curvature pockets etc....

    Thanks, Roger

Yamaha uses it on special edition and camo quads and rhinos I believe. If it's good enough for them it's good enough for me.

We have begun to assemble some costs for the interior pieces. We will be making parts next week. So we need to publish a price list this week. Very likely you will see it before Wednesday. We plan to be in full production by January 4th 2010.
We are working like crazy right now trying to get out all of the orders that were bought this weekend, and trying to get the outbuilding ready for use.
This should be our last very hectic day, and we wil have time to get prices to you guys.

A list of all the pieces you guys may want done will help us to get the price list done a little quicker.

    Thanks, Roger

right now I'm just interested in getting camo put on my muzzle loader stock. Probably be a few weeks before I'd be ready anyhow as muzzle loader season is about to start here. I can get you dimensions if that'd help.

I'm mainly interested in any interior piece that comes off easily.
Door panel parts/ actual handles themselves. Cluster/radio bezel, ac vents, center console etc.

We are going to be incoroporating this process into our emblems as well as interior parts. New item and prices will be up soon. It will be next week before we post pictures of produced parts.
Prices for the interiors panels we are working on now.

    Thanks, Roger

Preliminary pricing - keep in mind these prices may change. We may be high or low on some items, but off the top of my head, these prices are ballpark due to the size of the items, and the material needed to finish the part.

Also keep in mind we will have a minimum order of $50 for anyone because we do have to get the paint guns out and mix paints and clean up. These prices include work and materials only - not parts. You will be responsible for providing your parts to us and in a clean, unpainted (unless factory painted) state. If you want us to order a new part for you, we can at an additional cost.

    98-02 Camaro:
    Vent trim rings: $30 each
    Radio trim bezel: $80
    Gauge cluster bezel: $60
    Console tray: $115
    Handle trim: $40 each
    Window/lock switchplates: $25 each
    Door sills: $175 a set
    Aftermarket Airlid: $100
    Lower Airbox: $150
    Intake manifold: $150
Rear panel (Berger Panel): $200; we have to prep a previously painted surface

    98-02 Firechicken:
    Radio bezel: $50
    Gauge cluster bezel: $90
    Console tray: $115
    Handle trim: $40
    Window/lock switchplates: $25 each
    Door sills: $175 a set
    Aftermarket Airlid: $100
    Lower Airbox: $150
    Intake manifold: $150

We are still getting pricing for other things, but we wanted to get you guys some real numbers. I'd expect a 1-2 week turnaround time, but we can expedite for a rush fee if you need something in a hurry. We will not ship anything until at least 3 days after clearcoating because we want it to be fully cured. Patterns will be posted on our website very soon along with these prices.
We have other items we are also going to be working with, but these should be the most popular to start with.

    Thanks, Roger

It will have to be taken on a case by case basis, since the possible part combinations here are very many. However, the answer is yes due to the fact that it will save us time to do multiple parts, from the same patterns, all at one time.

    Thanks, Roger
