    Door Panel Lettering

Has anyone moved the door panel lettering on their trans am, firebird, firehawk?

I would like to see some pics of the relocation please.

I removed my door ding trim over the weekend and I gotta tell ya. It looks so much better without it. Though, I'm not sure I like where the trans am is located now.

OK, I've been trying to see if anyone has done what I'm thinking about doing. But since I haven't seen what others have done I'll just go ahead and see if you think this is a good idea.

Take off the Trans Am. Use the T and the A and a small slice of the section of the an to make a / and place the T/A in the same position as the SS and Z28 have theirs. Front Quater Panel above the wheel vents.

    What do ya'll think?

Also, they are currently chevy orange. What do ya'll think is a good color choice?

This isn't my car, but I found this some time ago...

I think it looks okay. Would have to get used to it. I like the stock position.

I think the "T/A" would look too big. Photoshop anyone??? It could look real good though too. Definitely unique.

not chevy orange, but i will believe you if you said UT orange (i see youre from austin, tx)...

i think you would be able to use a hair dryer and be able to remove them that way. or use fishing line to in the mix as well to get behind the letters...

Something like this. Photoshop of course.

UT Orange would be appropriate, but I don't think it would look good.

It was orange when I bought it. A guy at Autozone recommended either red or silver. I was contemplating a medium blue. Or Yellow, Ha. Probably won't do the yellow.

I think it looks good. What happened to the " / " part of it?

Haven't gotten around to photoshopping that in yet. I also need to play with different color choices.
