At first glance I thought it just looked too much like a cadillac, but it is growing on me. I think its deserves a thumbs up.. I just really hope they put some money in making it a rock solid car. If they put the effort into the suspension, and interior that they put into the LS1 as far as advances and upgrades over the past I will deffinetly be rolling one out of the dealership when they make one.

Wouldn't buy a Camaro no matter what it looks like - so if they don't plan on doing a T/A - my next sports car will be either Mustang or Hemi Challenger

i love how dumb american car companies are...
granted i have a 99 ls1 so im no better but dont' you think its ironic how gas prices are at an all time high and realistically are only gonna go higher and our country decides to reintroduce the gas guzzling muscle car...then wonder why sales are suffering. They should come out with a decent sport compact along the lines of an sti or an evo rather than try to recreate the classics. Although i do have to say props to the person who designed the dodge challenger concept cause that looks awesome.

Kinda like the decision GM made to cancel the platform that T/A and Camaro were gonna be built on in order to concentrate on SUV's????
Sounds like a pretty intelligent decision to make based on current gas pricing...

The new camaro is growing on me too. I want them to come back to compete with the mustang but then again if it doesn't come back it just makes mine look better.

I give the new camaro a thumbs up too, and the est. hwy miles is like 32 mpg.better then the current 5.3li in the GXP....thats not bad gas milage at all. Itll take some time for the new body to grow on you.

I could use a bit of a redo on the front end and it might not be that bad.
The big issue is that GM needed to have someting like that produced now. In a couple of years when it is actually available, it will look as dated as the GTO looked when it came out looking like a five year old grand am.
How much you want to bet that they price this thing out of the ballpark and totally miss the mark once again?98 TA LS1/M6........79 Formula 400/TH400

I hated it until i just saw it at the Chicago Auto show. And i am in love w/ the car. It looks outstanding in person I cannot put it into words you just have to see it for yourself. The front end is real sweet, GM should make the car!!!!!!!!!
