Sebring Silver Metalic- 2002 Camaro Z28
Camaro Bra Quesiton
I was looking at the Le Bra for my z28. They list a product for the z28 with and without the sport appearance package. What are they talking about? Was there a body kit that was put on as an option?

First off unless youa re looking for a major repaint stay well away from car bras. They are natorious for scratching, rubbing and holding moisture and dirt.

I saw the pic but wasn't sure if you meant the ground effects were the sport package or if all of it was.

NBM- 2002 Z28
I use one for long trips on the interstate, and it is removed when I get to where I am going. I keep it clean, and it must be put on the right way (snug fit). The front of the car should also be spotless and waxed before its installed. I would not keep one on for long term.

gotcha, i don't do long drives in my car. The farthest i go is about 26 miles to the beach, maybe 30 if going south for dinner.
any thoughts on hoods, is the SS hood metal?

The SS hood is plastic or fiberglass or some composite but not metal.

I would stay away from the Bra's for our cars, actualy for any car in general, i bought my 91 Rs with a bra on it and i just left it on, a few months later i took it off and it was nasty, scratched to hell and the paint was done. It still looked like i had the bra on after i pulled it off.
J2001 SS, Its not the car its the Driver that matters....
