    Don't know if there is a way to clean vinyl decals. If you think their bad they probably are.. You might try some rubber / vinyl protectant on them. It may help.

    what did you get on them?

    i think i actually used a claybar on my stripes at one point... it might work for you. I treat my vinyl like paint, just wash, wax as normal... if you got paint or something on the vinyl, you could even maybe use a sharp razorblade and scrape it off.. I've done that too!
