how exactly does the berger panel come off is it just held on by adhesive what?

you need to take the rear inner panels out, spare tire and taillights. Then fold down the carpet in the back and you will see the nuts all the way across the back.

This is true had to do this a few days ago having my panel painted gave up on finding a black panel. Its held with 4 nuts and comes right out just becarefull when pullin it one side of the panel doesnt go to far down as your pulling out and scratch your bumper pull it out nice and even meaning keep it leveled.
