Bed liner under fender wells?

THe inside of my fender wells despite alot of cleaning and scrubbing still look dirty and make the whole car look bad. Has anyone used a roll on bed liner type product for the fender wells? it seems like that stuff will wash clean and not hold onto dirt and dust.

I built a street rod over 10 years ago and sprayed the entire underside and fenders with SEM bed liner. You can mix any color with this product. It is easy to clean and very durable. Have never rolled it though. You can buy it anywhere. Eastwood carries it.
