Talked with the MFG. 2 brackets on each side and are held on by Dzus fastners. Also the holes are cut for the oil fill and other stuff and fit really nice they said.2000 SS Camaro Heads, Large cam, Fast 90, 9"w/430's and locker, yada yada yada... you get the picture
