Where the sun don't shine
I plan on detailing the underside of our car this winter to compliment the work I did on the front suspension back in March. I have just a few spots where the paint has worn thin on the floor pans -- other than that, it is in great shape. Granted, it'll never look as good as Preston's car from underneath, but I would like it to be better than it is. Any idea what color was shot on the underbody? It almost looks like the black basecoat applied real light without a clear topcoat -- sort of a grayish black. I can't be the first to do this so someone please tell me what to use.
