Claying the car is more important to me than the brand of wax you use in my opinion.

It's smooth as ice on a clay'd car and lasts a LONG time.

Pinnacle souveran past wax (really the consistancy of room temp butter) It is not only the easiest wax to apply and remove- it leaves no white residue. No waiting for it to dry either wipe on wipe right off.

The results are the deepest, wetest shine especially on dark colors. It lasts about a month if you keep your car outdoors. I keep mine garaged and it has been a year since it was waxed.

I honestly saw no difference between the Pinnacle and the Victoria's Red. So I went with the Victoria's because of price.

My problem with that stuff....it doesn't do what a wax is supposed to do. Protect. It wears off RAPIDLY.
Wax just enhances shine....the steps before it make the difference.

B/c tech wax and Zaino is just oily/filler junk. Yes it looks great at first, then after about a week the oils vanish and there is no longer any shine.

zaino has worked well for me for the last 10+ years....maybe it's user error. Not to mention zaino is a sponsor here and if anyone should know better than to trash talk a sponsor it should be you. If you don't like to use zaino that's your choice but to say it's junk is BS and a false statement......it's worked great for me and thousands of others over the years.
zaino on a 10 year old paint job at the time:

Pretty sure comparing those 2 is like comparing deli meat and NY strip.
But anyway, I can't say if Zaino has fillers, but I apply it ONLY after I've polished out every swirl and scratch. I've done 100 cars with it and it's lasted longer than anything I've ever used. I still wouldn't say it's better than anything else. I'm always open to something new. I'm going to try Blackfire in the spring. I also want to pick up some Adams as well.

Then you're using it wrong. Been using Zaino for over 7 years. Its never lasted LESS than 4-5 months for me.
