Thanks!! Yeah, They're polished. American Eagle made them. I don't know what their "model numer/name" is. I do know however that they are no longer made. Reason I don't know much about them is that they came on the car.

I did have to find some center caps once cause I lost one, and that's how I found out they are no longer made. Ended up some Discount Tire in CA had a box full of different caps and they went through it and found two. The only two they had and sent them to me.

Yeah, That and a cloth. Was like $14 I think. That's why I wish they would sell the bar by itself.

I haven't clay barred at all and I'm not so sure its needed on mine. The 3 step is plenty I think and the clay bar wouldn't be much value added to me unless someone gives me a valid reason.

i wanted to clay bar to get all the bugs all the way off. i use bug and tar remover like crazy and it doesnt get everything, and the first stage, paint cleaner does a pretty good job getting that shit off, but i would just like to try clay bar to see if it got EVERYTHING off.

I think the clay bar is really only good for getting the tough road grime and bugs off. Not for the entire car. It doesn't do anything on a surface that is already smooth. That's why I only used it on my front bumper and hood. I hate bugs!!!!

    Looks great!!!

Might be surprised though....there are products out there that are just a touch more expensive than Meguiars and outperform it easily.
I used to LOVE Meguiars. Goose showed me the way recently, and I won't be using Meguiars products (aside from the gold class wash) on my cars.
I actually use Victoria's Super Wash on the T/A....

Thanks Luos!! I may try something "more expensive" when this stuff runs out.

    Glad you're back!!!

This is what 13 hours of hard work will get you, washed clayed waxed and a dremel tool on the rims, also spray detailed the day of the show and kept it clean the entire time. Took home best chevy at the end of the day :-D

Congrat's on the best in show. Looks good.

Fair warning to anyone out there. Be extremely careful if you plan on using a dremel on your wheels. It can quickly do some damage.

I recommend the mothers powerball mini and their line of polishes for wheel cleaning.
