    TONS of swirls, vanished!

I experimented a bit on my roommates hood which has not been washed in well over a year. I thought the results were pretty good -- check it out

    Process:
    Wash with Dawn
    Clay Bar
    Wash with Dawn
Porter Cable w/ Megs Medium Cut Cleaner on an orange pad
PC w/ Menzerna Intensive Polish w/ white pad
PC w/ Menzerna Final Polish II on finishing pad
    NXT 2.0

After Dawn wash -Oxidation from washer fluid

    Swirls

    More... pretty bad shape

After -- Swirl free and shiny -- It had a TON of small cracks in the paint and thats what the white specs are all over it

Around the cracks you can see that it actually has some blue metallic in the paint

You need to buff it now with a stiffer pad cause I can see a moron in the hood flipping the bird.

I was really impressed, every step was a completely different look, it was amazing. I am going to go over the TA with the IP and FPII and then NXT 2.0 to see what i can produce... should be good

I bought my car used and the previous owner beat the hell out of the paint. I was planning on getting it repainted. I tried Pinnacle xmt medium and ultra fine swirl remover and got pretty decent results. I discovered Menzerna on autogeek detailing forum and decided to give it a try. I was amazed with the results. It actually looked like the paint was "new" again. I cant imagine the results on good paint considering the results I achieved on my cars paint. The SIP and Nano were around $90.00 but well worth the money. Its 32 oz. bottles not 16oz.
