HAHAHAHAHA I finally have the excaliber to dust buildup on black....and so i shall wield the MIGHTY CALIFORNIA DUSTER against ye hethans of the sky and earth!!!

NAY! fellow coutryman...I dawn from the Queens City of Cincinnati-it is but hell's scab on earth-and her mighty land tenderors continously purge and pick and scratch at it's black face, filling street and air with foul swellings of dust and fray which doth layith upon my Phoenix Chariot's black coat!

They swirl lightly once they have dust in them.
I will just keep a wet waffle weave towel and my quick detailer in the car with me. Most of the time, I leave the dust. No way to get rid of it without slightly swirling the clear.

+1 it works well - two suggestions. (1) Take the cali duster from its package and let it sit on several pieces of paper (the directions say newpaper but I was worried about ink so I used photocopy/computer paper) with the "bristles" or mop side down on the paper for 24-48 hours-so it cures- otherwise it has a oily type of residue that may smear a bit on the black paint(no biggie just use quick detailer if it does). (2) These dusters work much better after several uses once they get a little "buildup" on them. And while using it just barely let it hang down and touch the paints surface-never sit it on the surface and use because its own weight will cause micro swirls-but if you hold it in the air and barely let the "bristles" touch the surface you will be fine.
