Might be a bad reaction to the type of material in the Hyundai then, perhaps? *shrug*

Sounds to me like that dash had never been treated and once it was it fucked it up.

I used to use their ice wax. I have a red 94 mazda mx6 v6. It has original paint but looks good for it (isn't oxidized or pink). still, its old. the turtle wax made it alright shiny, but then I put on Mothers California Shine wax. It is 100x shinier. When it is cloudy or a little dark r from a small distance it looks like brand new paint.

I'll stick with Maguires for my leather and dash and for waxing the car. Been using it for over 6 years and have never had any problems what-so-ever. For my chrome wheels, I stick with Mother's.

I would piss on my car before I put any Turtle Wax products on it.

maybe it was the disposable car,and it's Korean dash, any way what did you clean it with before you applied the protectant? you could have had a bad reaction due to some of the residue left over from the cleaner.

LOL,,,,my 88 Iroc doesn't have a crack anywhere. 50,000 original miles and garage kept since new though

I really believe in all these cases though,,,,it has alot to do with how the car is taken care of initially since the day it was new,,,,that has more affect on the car as it ages 10-20 years from now. Shucks like I said,,,I've got 40 year old cars out here sportin' original interiors without cracks, and I've used Turtle products on them for more than 25 years.

I use Turtle Wax on my Trans Am and my MazdaSpeed3, and before that I used it on my El Camino, my Suburban, and my Beretta...I've never had any problem...I don't know about this dash product, but I've always used Armor All for the interior.
