porter cable 7336?
i was wondering if the porter cable 7336 was pretty much the same as 7424?i have my hands on a 7336 barley used for free.i know it is also a sander but i was wondering if there is really much difference between the 2?i tried it on my blazer today, and it really did a hell of a job and that is the first time i have ever used one, took scratches out and i didnt put any new ones in, being new at it. i want to do my T/A this weekend so i am practicing for a couple days on the blazer first.and stupid ?,but what exactly is a cutting pad?for swirl removal/polishing?thanks

It's basically the same buffer. I think the only difference is in the counterweight, other than that is all the same. The backing plate "may be" different, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll get you more info later if I have some time...

Same polisher. Cutting pad is an agressive pad for problem scratches/swirls etc.
