Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
If the paint was in bad shape...
1. Prima Cut (cutting pad)
2. Prima Swirl (light cut pad)
3. Prima Finish (polishing pad)
4. Prima Amigo (finishing pad)
5. Two coats of Victoria's red wax (by hand)
In good shape?? Just need to clear out some minor swirls?
1. Prima Swirl (light cut pad)
2. Prima Amigo (finishing pad)
3. Two coats of said wax (by hand)
(For best results...use the Prima Finish after the Prima Swirl. You just don't have to.)

and dont forget to use a SOFT foam pad.
something with a very fine texture will work great. just keep the rpms up and work the paint till the compound is gone.
DO NOT push hard in order to do it quickly...last time i did that, she cut me off for a week...

You want the best? Menzerna Super Intensive polish followed by Menzerna Nano polish. NOTHING comes close. It does cost $90 for the 2 polishes-but its the best.

see i cant see spending that kind of money for 2 products, yes menzerna is the shit but i would put good ol meguiars up against anything for the money.

I have Pinnacle products. They're pretty good. I hear good things on Adams polishes, Menzerna seems to be best from everything I read.

I will put it to you like this- If you only have minor swirls then sure a lesser product would do fine. If you have major swirls, scratches, extremely dull lifeless paint, oxidation then no $20 product is going to give you results like Menzerna. I was looking at a total repaint -3 grand at the least, and I took a chance and bought the Menz. Was it worth it? In my case yes. This stuff will bring your paint back from the dead. I havent tried every polish/swirl remover out there but I am willing to bet this stuff is hard to beat. This guy wrote a review of it and summed it up nicely-he said "Its a miricle in a bottle".

Menzerna is one of the best polishes in the world. PO85RD3.02 (Super Intensive Polish)is my go-to polish on hard ceramic clear coat; i.e Corvettes, and F-bodies...
