What did the piping run? I plan on upgrading my inlet and discharge pipes at some point from steel to SS or AL.
    It's on jackstands.

All the piping except for the first elbow came with the Vortech. You can get the prebent tubing pretty cheap from some of the places that sell silicone connections.

Heres my "ricey" before and after KODAK Gallery | Photo Merchandise. I recently ditch the red loom and replaced it with gloss black loom. Painted my maf, throttle body, lid, and intake all with duplicolor. It'll work for now but it looks better than before.

Damn you guys make me ashamed to show my engine bay lol! It's so dirty right now but then again I haven't cleaned it in a while and it is going under some reconstruction. That and I have never found anything that works right. Plus I am a little nervous about actually washing the engine bay, I don't want to fry any electrical components or get water in the engine.

As a new member, the system automatically moderates some posts -- I'll see if I can get it to go through.

We are doing well---I have been trying to keep the Surfer clean as I can. Less work this Summer.

    My life is a
    Ben Stiller movie.

Mods can pull these if it infringes on posting rules. I did a lot of work to generally clean up under the hood and remove a lot of distractions such as relocating the TCS/cruise and yanking a lot of EPS junk. I replaced most of the hoses with braided steel lines-that adds a lot of luster under there. One thing to keep in mind is stick with 1 color scheme. Often I have seen multiple colors/finishes under hoods and that drives me nuts. I shot a close up of the intake area so you could see the painted bolt-heads. If you paint them to match the surface they are mating to, they become less obvious and don't stand out as much (the intake/valve covers and fuel rails are powdercoated, the bolt heads, coil packs/racks I just rattle canned). The air lid/deck I had leveled and shot by a pro for a perfect gloss to match the intake. I can't tell you how many people thought I had some monster engine because of all that dress up work-they would get pissed when I told them it was all stock.

Really well thanks! I followed your build back when you posted the workings.

Always thought it was one of the very top cars featured here..

The time and effort surely paid off imho..
