Meguires clay bar kit here too.. I do use the ICE car wash though. Cheap wash and works pretty well.

My personal experience with ICE liquid clay is that it did nothing.
I received ICE liquid clay and clay bar as a gift for christmas. I used it on a 3 month old 2011 Camaro (I drive it on industrial roads and shell roads so it was dirty).
I began my was with Maguier's Wash and Wax using a white microfiber hand mitt that I rinse well between sections so I know when the section is mostly clean.
Then I tried the liquid wax from ICE which directions say to spray and wipe with slight pressure using microfiber cloth. Since it is a new car, I'm trying to minimize accumulation of swirls in the paint. Using liquid clay made me feel like I was taking the grit on my car and scraping it against my clearcoat. So maybe in that sense it was working in that it may have lifted some of the grime. I believe the next step was a rinse and dry.

I then used the actual clay bar which did leave my clearcoat smooth.

Followed with Maguiers wax and polish.

    Yep......More of a body scrub.
Meaning to use it as a postwash type of thing.
Just my 2 cents of coarse.....Won't do what a real clay will.

Sounds like just an abrasive cleaner to me.
