Meguiar's Plastx works pretty good. Depends on how bad they are.

I've tried Meguiars PlastX and works good.
The very best thing I've tried is Flitz Metal and Fiberglass Restorer Polish.

The key is to wetsand off the haze, and then buff with any of the products I've mentioned above or anything meant for plastic polish.

The reason why you want to wetsand is because if you don't, the headlights will revert back to the hazing look.
In other words, just polishing them out is a quick fix
There are of course some other factors like how advanced the haze is, if it's completely covered on the headlight, or if it's just a spot

I dont have a picture. I'm looking to buy some used ones and I found some on LS1tech he said they are hazed. I want to do the whistler mod but don't want to screw my nice ones up.

Get a Trans Am, they don't have this issue. J/K!

Yes, those should clean up good. Whatever you use, make sure it has the wet sand stuff, at work we have a three step process to clean the headlights. I've repaired way worse than those. Our kits have 3 different sandpapers, with a fluid to keep it wet while polishing. Before you put the final clearcoat on, you'd swear you just f'd the housings way worse than before you started, but that final coating clears them almost perfectly and customers are more than satisified, takes about ~25 minutes to do both lights.

Those aren't that bad. They'll clean up. Mine on my Probe and my husbands Silverado were way worse and they cleaned up good with the Plastx.

Those don't look bad, but if they have little spider cracks in them don't bother it is a big waste of time.

    How bad are your headlights?
Send them to me and let me work on them...
It will be much cheaper than buying another set, and having to buff them anyway as you said...

Those don't look too bad, that's how my eclipse headlights looked, then i used mothers billet polish, just put some on a towel, applied, and cleaned, and that was it. Cleared up the lens good without having to sand them, but it would be better if you did wet sand it and polish it out.

3M makes a pretty good kit, it includes varying degrees of light sandpaper discs and a wet sand step The kit cost me 20 bucks or so at Autozone. All you need is a drill the kit has everything else you need.

yessum!!! and maijer i believe, but i know wal-mart, thats where ive bought the 15-20 kits ive gone thru!!!!

now Meguiers is coming out with a "prefessional series" 3" sanding disks. I cant wait to buy em!!!

the only thing you need with the headlight kit is a spray bottle with some water in it. You can get empty spray bottles at wal mart for a few bucks. have used mine A LOT and its still good.
