    Thumbs up Great Shine

I purchased some Klasse paint sealant to see if it really works. It's made in Germany. It got great reviews and gives you that wet look that will last 6-8 months in the elements. Here is the outcome.

Looks like it's got some nice shine. Let us know how it holds up. Where'd you purchase it from? Did you apply by hand, or machine?

Adding comment for future folks like me who are researching this. I have been researching for weeks trying to determine if I should go for quality mail order stuff like Zaino or Klasse, or good stuff available in local auto stores like NXT. It was a tough call between Zaino and Klasse, can't really say why I decided to go with Klasse. To answer the question of cost, I just ordered the 16.9 ounce bottles of All-in-One and Sealant Glaze for $55 with ground shipping from AutoGeek.

WS6ICK, now that it's been 5 months, if you're still seeing this, hows the quality/durability held up for you?

There really isn't anything 'good' in auto parts places.

For sealant, I still use just RejeX. Affordable, lasts forever as you only need a little to cover an entire car (although that goes for all products really), and holds up for 6 months easy.

Yeah I know. 'Good' just meaning best of the stuff available there... I did finally come to the right decision to go with some (hopefully) quality stuff. I know nothing about all these products, just now starting to take exterior car care more seriously...

One thing I actually LOVE for the price is Meguiars Ultimate Compound.
I use the Prima/Victoria's after that (like I did with Menzerna) and it looks pretty much the exact same.

Hmmm, looks like the Meguiar's Ultimate Compound would be their equivalent of the Klasse All-in-One that I bought, yes...? Or at least something along those lines... I'll keep that one in mind, as I've read more than enough to accept that you know what you're talking about in this area.

That would be more for Goose. I know he has used that Klasse product, but I have not.

Right now, I am using the Meguiars to clean up the paint, then Prima Finish for any hazing, then Prima Amigo for depth.
Then wax or sealant depending....If using sealant I normally skip Amigo.

The Klasse came in today, and I spent 96 bucks at the auto store getting supplementary goodies. It's time for some serious cleaning and protecting!

I love Klasse products. I use it on my daily driver by itself, but on my other cars i use it as a base and then top it with a wax

I have started using the Klasse and so far I really like it too. I have only used the All-in-One so far, but here's a few thoughts thus far:

-As others have said, it goes on and off so darn easily. I have never used any other similar product like Zaino or anything, so I can't say how it compares in this category, but it's pretty sweet.

-It doesn't mark trim, so I didn't have to be careful about edging. I was still sorta careful as I didn't fully trust that claim, but I did hit a couple of trim spots, and indeed there was no negative discoloration.

-So far in garage lighting and indirect outdoor light, the paint looks amazing on both cars, red and black. All the super slight scratches, swirl marks, and imperfections seem to have all filled in. The paint looks as smooth as brand new. I'm very impressed with that so far, I'll see how it looks in clear sunlight and make a final decision on that. And if the effect lasts 6 months or more as the bottle claims, I'll be very happy indeed.

-It did a good job removing some stubborn set-in tar and grime spots. Though it didn't get all the tar and grime off, I'm still impressed with what it did do, especially for a quick first pass.

The only con I've seen thus far is that it seems to flake or dust off as you wipe it off, similar to wax. It was quite noticeable on the black Cobra. Not too big a deal, just noticeable. I had forgotten that one of the tips on Autogeek was to dampen the wipe cloth with detailer spray and it would help with the removal/buffing. I'll try that next time.

But so far I'm impressed. I'm glad I bought this stuff. I'll probably start applying the Sealant Glaze over the weekend. The Cobra is the rainy car, so it'll be the better long term test vehicle for me. A few months down the road I'll try to remember to post some updates here on how it's lasting.
