    Gots a question...

Never had to use swirl remover on a car before, detailed many cars, im not a newbie though. but are you guys using it before or after a claybar?

are you claybaring, swirl remover, then wax... in that order?

I clay, swirl remover (when needed), polish, then wax (wax protects the polish)

i need some more info on swirl remover. is it ok to use by hand? does it do as good a job. i put more elbow grease into detailing than anything else. i do everything by hand. i just like feeling that it is done and knowing i did it by hand. (sounds like a porn)... lol

It will not do as good a job using swirl remover by hand rather than a machine.

You could get a Porter cable 7424(about $130) and get great results with little worry about burning the paint. Pad selection plays a huge part in polishing as well. They make different pads which range from heavey swirl/scratch removal to finishing polish.

I understand you may have washed and waxed many cars but paint correction is a bit more involved.

If you want great results, don't want to waste money, want to know what to buy and how to use it you should really join a detailing forum.

Not that there aren't people here who don't know but you will learn alot more IMO.

    I suggest autogeek.com Good luck!
