One thing that bothers me though is I could picture one of the bodyshop guys seeing this out on the street and he says to his buddy..." Yea I did that car"........

Looks like you had a little helper there with you. I have one of my own. He wants to grab a rag every time I do a car. Looks great!

Oh gosh this one was a while ago...

I think it was Rotary + LC PFW + Megs 105 with multiple passes to remove tons of wetsanding marks and DA sanding marks from the bodyshop. One pass of that on the sections I sanded and it cleared up immediately. Then Menzerna SIP and 85RD after that I think.

Awesome work on the cars i've seen on here you did. California is a long way from Ohio. I had to park my car at an chemical processing plant for the last job I worked and now when I run my hand over the paint is makes noise. Only on the horizontal surfaces. I tried the liquid claybar I have used on other cars. Little effect, then polishing compound. This worked on part of the fender, but some of the rough feel is still there.
Is there something better you could recommend?

    Thanks!

Ditch the garbage liquid claybar, and get a real claybar. That should remove the fallout.
