Dirty Wheels!
I bought some chrome ZR1 wheels that were used. I went to clean them and found some stuff that was baked on... If i use my finger nail i can scrape some of it away but wanted something else that'll clean it faster since it's in the grooves. I bought a one of those bug/tar remover sponges and a nylon brush that helped a little bit but isn't really removing all the crap. anybody have any ideas?

On the backside of mine I had some crap like that, stick on weight glue, tar, etc, I used my pressure washer to blast away the stuck on stuff and a scotchbrite w/some purple spray cleaner has a follow up.
CAUTION: scotcbrite will scratch chrome!!! BE careful - YMMV
