Detail shop in Memphis; fantastic, but....
We have used Cassell's detail shop in Memphis for years and years. They provide some excellent detailing, but..... Over the years, our floor mats disappeared, and we didn't notice. Over the recent few weeks, we have been watching, and the owner's wife denies that anyone there takes them. It appears that someone there loves expensive floor mats--Cadillac, BMW, Lincoln, etc.
When I asked her what she would do, she tried to tell me that I needed to provide that floor mats even existed. I then pointed out the little dimples in the carpeting under the floor mats. She then informed me that someone could have stolen the mats prior to my arrival at her shop.
She is a high vol shop. She will not miss our business because she details vehicles for almost all dealers in the area. (When someone is sending her 5 or 10 high mileage cars on a daily basis, they don't really care about the floor mats. When I send several cars that have extremely low miles, and then the mats disappear, I notice it.
Sorry to experience this. If anyone here does business there, keep your floor mats separate.
Other than that, they do a fantastic job.

You guys are right. The missing floor mats situation continued over the past few weeks and even got worse.
I am no longer using that shop. (There is a long story why I continued with the shop, but it is water under the bridge.)
