Check out Meguiars product for plastic and rubber.
I use it and it has literally no gloss at all.
Hangs in there for a long time also.Be who you are and say what you feel 'cause people who mind don't matter, and people who matter don't mind.'

I have always just used a clean damp rag. You dont have to wory about the dash cracking and it keeps it hydrated to keep that from hapening if your car is in direct sunlight often. Its free and protects your dash.

Woolite and water mixed 20:1 (1 part Woolite)
303 Aerospace protectant afterwards. Wipe down to reduce gloss...

I would just make sure whatever product you go with has UV protection.

My life is a- Ben Stiller movie.
Any product you apply can be matted out by just buffing with a dry MF. But my process is: clean with Meg's APC mixed 10:1, wipe with damp MF. Apply 303 with foam pad-it reacts differently across surfaces. It takes a few minutes to dry back too. Here's an R8 I did with same process

I don't of have any close ups of the R8, sorry. Keep in mind products react differently across different surfaces. Audi interior is naturally 'dull' so a low matte finish is expected. Here is 303 on a 5th gen-a bit more sheen to the plastic, which is just how GM's interiors tend to come from the factory.

I use detail spray and a micro fiber rag. Or just a moist wipe. No use in wasting money on a product for your interior unless it just has stained milk or something lol
