Excellent, thanks. I don't have a major problem or anything, just not as fresh smelling as new. I'm working on doing a fulllllll cleaning. Steam cleaning, cleaning leather, windows and polishing plastic done, figured I'd see about cleaning out vents.

I HEARD on the 02 (and only the 02) they put a cabin air filter? Where the heck would that be??

    Thanks!

To get into small places I use my wifes make up pad.....it's a wedge shaped foam applicator that I cut lenghtwise into three stripes. Works great and lasts longer (and is stronger) than q-tips.

Sometime I get them for free from the make up store

    how do you access it?

How do you access it? Is this a "take screws out and disassemble" to get at it, or like some cars, do you pop out the glove, or what?

    Any tips appreciated!

I'm not near my car and it was 5 years back when I did it, but all you do is look under the glove box, you'll see a big screw (like a 15mm) which when you un do, will drop the whole fan assembly. There might be a bit more to it, but really it's cake.
