What the hell is barkeepers friend and where can I buy it? I know old thread. One of my wheels is stained pretty badly just wondering if there's anything I can do

It can be purchased at any major grocery store, WalMart, Target, etc. You will find it with the other house cleaning items.
Of course it can be used on all surface sinks, bathtubs without fear of marring the finish.
