    Thumbs up Absorber

I saw Y2KPewterSS mention a thing called "The Absorber" the other day and since I was about to buy a leather chammy(sp?) to use for drying my car I decided to try this thing out instead. I was very pleased with it. I have a black car and it left not one streak or smear. I dried the entire car in about 15 minutes. It cost about 8 bucks at Wal-Mart. If you dont already have one get one they are awsome!!!!

I only use those for my glass now. They will swirl paint after a few washes.

Waffle weave towel works MUCH better.

    Get a good one.
Start drying with the towel dry.

I looked at my car today and it damn sure swirled my paint. I guess I will use mine for the windows only. I guess I am gonna go back to a microfibre towel. Our cars being black show swirls so easy.

aborber works great, but you gotta keep em clean. Throw in the washer with your detailing towels, just don't put it in the dryer.

Never had an absorber swirl paint on any of my cars. Then again, never used one on a black car. I think air itself swirls black paint though

How much does a waffle towel usually run and is there any chance you could post a pic of it so we know what to look for. I have looked at a few places around here and can't locate one

I also have interset in this waffle towel you speak of. Thanks

--Also used some pinnacle swirl remover and my PC and got it back lookin good. It needed it anyway. I have to wax it tomorrow. I wanted some pinnacle sovern wax but that shit is $70.00. I would prolly buy it if I had the extra cheese.

    Thanks Goose.
I will be ordering a couple more for myself soon.

Start with the towel dry and I don't even need to wring it out before my car is 100% dry.
It didn't work that well on my glass though...I still use the Absorber for the windows.
