wiring up an e-cutout
does anyone know of a write up of an e-cutout install. i will be installing in the i pipe near the rear axle. i hear there is an opening back there that is god for running the wires up through. i am looking for a step by step write up if there is one. thanks

I don't know about a specific writeup for our cars, but QTP's website has the generic wiring info for their cutouts I think. *shrugs* I'd think it'd be pretty simple.

i am not good at all with wiring stuff up. exhaust shop doesnt do all that do they?

ok took me about 15 minutes to find this post from orion about wiring the cut-out

there's a grommet right below the passenger seat you can pass the wires through. I pulled the passenger seat out and took the kick plate off so I could run the wires under the carpet and up to the center console to my switch. I then ran from there to the fuse box and crimped on a spade connector and hooked it to the aux. spot in the fuse box.
