Truck alternator question?
Was reading about why all my lights will flicker when im driving and read that the stock alternator is a wimp for what the car needs. My question is my father's company truck is a 2500hd with a 6.0L. If i swapped them you think that wouldn't provide enough amps for his truck and he'd be stranded or something? The truck is a bi fuel truck that runs on cng as well as gas.

the 05 truck alternator has two possible alternators, a delphi that puts out 102 amps and a bosch that puts out 130 amps. your z puts out 105 amps, not a big difference his truck should be ok, but those trucks have alot of same conditions were lights flicker
