theres alot of things you need to take into consideration before just building a box for two twelves back there... do you have t-tops? if so do you care about being able to put them back in the slots provided ? if not .. what is the airspace needed for your speakers quoted from the manufacturer....do you want the box sealed or ported... ?

I dont really like them you can build a perfect one yourself for exact air space you need cheaper than buying a prefab

It depends on the prefab one you buy. Some are overpriced, but on the internet you can buy some for less than you can buy the material, and calculate your time. A $100 sub box custom made for a car isn't too much (that's what I paid for mine). Could have built it, but for that much money it wasn't worth working on designing and building one when there are already so many out there for these cars. Saved me a half day too.
