    Speaker Help BLOWN!

Okay so I blew my speaker in my sail panel on the passenger side. No big deal was having some work done on the car and they installed a new factory speaker. I wasn't even home yet and not pushing the radio and the same speaker blows. I have some adjustments made to other work on the car and they replace the speaker again. I drove it home with the radio on no problems. I go out today for the first drive since and turn on the radio and the speaker is blown again. What gives? Anyone else had this problem? What's the fix?

It's all the original stuff no mod's or changes to the system at all with the exception of replacing the speaker with a factory speaker.
