Black/purple- 1998 Pontiac Trans Am WS6
silly question ??
Do ALL WS6s have a Monsoon system? I have a 98 WS6, but my HU does not have the Monsoon logo on it... I still haven't located the amp, either. Maybe I just have a defect, lol?!?

Check the codes in the glovebox. There is a sticky in the general info forum that shows what they mean. If you have the monsoon the amp is back near the spare tire, just infront of it. Someone could have switched the headunit on the car.

I recall from somewhere that the early ones did not have the logo on them. The amp should be in the back passenger side on top of the rear wheel in front of the spare
