Which Rear Speakers for 99 TA?

I need to buy new rear side-panel speakers. Unless I can find used stock speakers - which blow out too easily - I'm going with aftermarket. Probably Pioneer. Can anyone give specs - 6.5", how deep, 2-way or 3-way, watts, etc. - and/or recommend a specific model, please?

I found my old thread and where it went wrong.

Now I'm stuck with a useless little subwoofer. Infinity rear speakers are still the recommendation?

Aftermarket speakers. Kicker, Polk audio, infinity are the best options. Pionner don't make good speakers no more.

That comment about Pioneer is helpful.

I still need to confirm specs, though. Are these correct?
2-way car speakers for 6-1/2" and 6-3/4" locations (pair)
2-ohm impedance for extra power (compatible with all factory or aftermarket car stereos)
power range: 2-75 watts RMS (225 watts peak power)
    frequency response: 45-25,000 Hz
    sensitivity: 95 dB
    top-mount depth: 2"
