    Problem?

for a while i had thought i just blew my rear seat speakers(NO BASS), but yesterday bass would cut in and cut out....and i think it has somthing to do with the monsoon amp?

waht are symptoms of a amp going bad or is bad?

could it be a loose connection, blown fuse?

sail panel channels are known to go bad all the time -- because it's so frequent, I doubt it's just loose connections....but you can go ahead and check

not much you can do other than that that is worth it IMO

Your guess is as good as anyones.

My brother's speakers stopped working -- thought they were blown, replaced them -- and they work fine now -- but later found the old ones were not blown. Some have factory speakers that work and then upgrade the sails and they no longer receive signal from the amp. Some upgrade HU and factory sails blow, or stop working due to amp channels failing.

There really is no way to give you a straight answer based on the history of sail panels in Monsoon systems.

Try a friend's speakers if available, or any speaker there to see if it at least reproduces lower frequencies -- might even try swapping them side to side -- who knows.
