    Power seat

I have a 98 z28 that came stock with a power driver seat and regular passenger seat. i recently bought a set of 01 trans am seats that have the lumbar support. once installed they worked fine for a couple of weeks until the other day when they stopped. i believe the fuse is blown b/c the rear defogger dosent work and they run off the same fuse. the fuse itself is extremely hot and i was wondering if i should install a larger fuse because of the added stress???

Should be a circuit breaker and not a fuse, right? They get weak over time and some people replace it with a 30 AMP fuse - but I'd replace the breaker. To make sure it's not a wiring problem you could put a fuse in it temporarily and see what happens. Or just wait until it cools and see if it starts working again. I wouldn't put in anything larger than it calls for.
