    Just got a avic n1 and was wondering where is a good location to mount the brain besides under the seat?

    i have heard of people doing it under the glove box, you could also put it in the trunk probably.

    I used to have a Avic-N3 before my Z2 and I was able to mount the brain on the transmission hump behind the cig lighter! Good luck! P.S Avic411 has some good forums for how to bypass, would not recommed the solder technique.
