overpowering my sub?
i had a jl audio 10w3 in my stealth box powered by the jl 250/1....it was 6 yrs old n finally gave out on me....can i replace it with the new JL Audio 10w1v2 i have...or is the 250/1 too much juice?.....sub rated @ 150rms maxx

sure you can! Too little power burns up speakers quick. Just be cautious with volume, don't overdrive it. No distortion=golden, should last a long time.

it will be fine as long you don't hear any weird thumping noises when turned up (the coil smacking the back plate) or noticing that the cone gets very hot after and during playing I'm assuming your box is sealed so you won't be able to smell it starting to burn up just be care full and check it for like the first week you have and it will also get looser after it is broken in and makes it easier to bottom out
