Need help with the Jensen

I have the Jensen VM9311TS model 7" flip up dvd player screen installed in the camaro. Recently the volume knob has been acting up. Its being very touchy and when I spin it the volume sometimes spazes out and will go up or down with the slightest movement of the knob.

Anyone familiar with the product?

Don't have on e of them but have had that problem with a few radios. Usually i just send them to the manufacturer and they clean them or something. Cost me $65 plus shipping for the last one I sent out of warrenty a few yrs ago

I think this is the same one i had in my Z71 and it did the same thing....those knobs are junk...thats it...use the remote...or send it back for service...those knobs come off easy//could try to clean...get some canned air??
