Monsoon Madness

OK...I am a good wrench, but stereo's are not my strong point. I got this 1999 Z28 several years ago and other than engine work, have not done much else. I lost my right speaker sounds, so I called the guy I got it from and he told me next to the spare tire he installed a California Bi-amp / 2 channel to power the front speaker only. Sure enought there it was right next to tire. The fuse if good, wiring is all tight and good, no loose wire.

So now the whole system sounds like crap!!! I want to pull out the AMP and return it back to stock using the Monsoon HU and Amp for all 6 speakers only.
I have 2 front, 2 next to the rear seat and 2 in the hatch area.

Can I do this myself or take it to a pro ???

Was the amp powering the stock speakers? Is the speaker bad or the amp bad?

The Amp in the rear is powering only the Front Door speakers.... the other 4 speakers ( rear and back seat) are powered by the Monsoon HU/AMP...

Bad or Not..I want to remove the Calif. Amp in the rear and reconnect the door speakers back to the Monsoon HU/Amp that is factory stock in the car....

Does that make sense ????

Yes.....that is correct !!! I just know nothing about how the HU and amp is wired....

Is there speaker outputs ( L,R) for all 6 speaker ???
