Arctic White- 2001 Firebird
Kinetik HC2000
I was wondering if anybody knows if the Kinetik HC2000 battery will work in a 2001 Firebird? It says it will mount in any position, but I'm unsure if it will work with the side mounts that are in the Firebird. Thanks

that looks like a large battery. just by the dimensions I don't think it will fit. I would measure first to see. Don't forget to check hood clearance.

Arctic White- 2001 Firebird
I'm looking now at the HC1800. Do you think a battery with the dimension of 10" x 6.5" x 8.2" would fit? I'm afraid that it may not fit in the tray. I believe the battery I have now is about that same size, but I'm not sure. Also, do you think my alternator will burn out trying to recharge the battery? The battery is 1900 amps.
