    interior lights staying on?

Ok so the other day my interior lights started staying on. i made sure the doors were closed the switch turned off and everything. I gave up and pulled the fuse. Now the Dimmer switch never dimmed the gauge lights so maybe the switch finally failed causing the lights to stay on constantly? HELP!

Check the pin in the door jamb. You can push it in by hand.

The lights should still turn off after a minute or so. At least, they do in my 2000 WS6

Could be a short in the lighting? but even if the door switch was broken, the lights should turn off... I would check the knob... especially since you have already had problems with it...

Anyways.. I'm sure if you can find some wiring diagrams of the main dimmer switch, you can easily find a way to test it...

Or just pull it out, and see for yourself... I don't know how painful it is to remove...
