How do i wire two seperate front tweeters with no factory wiring or wiring from deck?
Ive got a truck that has two empty spots on the dash for some small speakers but cant seem to find anything that suggests it is pre-wired for them. I checked my aftermarket deck and it just has the wires for the fronts -+ and rears -+ speakers and an rca for subs.
How would i go about wiring these up, im lost.
thanks

Most aftermarket stereos only have front and rear speakers connections. You could splice off the front speakers to power the dash. However, I wouldn't even go that route. If you have good enough front and rear speakers then you shouldn't need another set. If they aren't loud enough hook them up to an amp. Make sure the you math up the rms watts. Make sure you get component speakers. Screw the 2-way and 3-way crap.
