    Now the issue gets deeper. Still sounds like a connection problem, high resistance somewhere. Did you replace the battery, or someone else? There is no corrosion at the battery connections?

    sounds like a ground somewhere is corroded.or the starter is just pulling way to much, why not trying starting it with more than one battery hooked up(just like jumpstarting it) so you have a higher capacity battery in escense, if that fixes it then your starter draw is way to high.and not leaving enough for your guages and cluster.
