gauge cluster

im guessing if its out its not a fuse and that i need to replace the entire thing? its the 99 z28

Make sure the entire cluster didn't just pull out of the harness. Try pushing the cluster straigth back like your gonna push it through the bottom of the windshield. There may be a fuse for it on the fuse block on the left side of the dash.

i thought of that but i dont have the cover piece that tells you what each fuse controls i checked all of em that are there and they all are good. thanks ill and push it back in

Doublecheck the GAUGES fuse. There's a diagram in the owners manual, if you don't have one see http://shbox.com/pdf/manuals.html

thanks for the website it helps with identifying which fuses are which but still no luck i took out the cluster and still no luck checked all the fuses 3x ...i've found a cluster with other misc items he wants 120 im not sure if im going to just do that and other suggestions
