Ebay is your best bet. Usually there are some pretty cheap, off brand ones that have caught my eye before. I guess that I cannot guarantee everyone, but with ebay's ever growing policies, I think that you can be pretty potected from a large loss or scam. I will give one of them a try some day soon. The biggest thing to look out for is the "wholesale lists" which are not the actual product - and sometimes it looks like it will be. Also look out for the packages with two seperate single din dvd/cd players and then the screen. Make sure to get an all-in-one. I guess you by no means have to-but I would suggest it for sure.

there are several pioneer models on ebay that allow all that, you can go with the top of the line http://cgi.ebay.com/PIONEER-AVIC-N2-...QQcmdZViewItem

    or cheaper one http://cgi.ebay.com/PIONEER-AVH-P660...QQcmdZViewItem

ebay has several other pioneer models for various prices, but i would go with a reputable dealer who will warranty it.

Try the Sanyo unit. Nobody knows much about there car audio stuff but they make some of the most reliable consumer electronics in the world. In fact consumer reports had them rated as the best TV made. Model is the Sanyo ECD-T1580DV. It goes for around $500.00 and is not just a monitor. This should meet your specs nicely!

    1 set of audio/video inputs
    1 set of audio/video outputs
    2 sets of preamp outputs
    RGB input
Digital optical output for optional surround-sound decoder
    Wireless remote
    20 watts RMS/45 watts peak x 4 channels
